How Did You Start Your Day?

An investigation into what the "average" person has for breakfast; How Did You Start Your Day? seeks to involve the people of the world by portraying their choice of the first meal of the day. Whether you have a gourmet chef or just eat a cold piece of pizza from last night, I would love to see! Please post a photograph (no matter how amateur) of what you are dining on this morning and add a little bit about yourself. I am hoping to network people through a look at how you all start your day and hopefully inspire you to make healthy changes or try something new!

Pepperjack cheese slices are my favorite breakfast and I like to enjoy them with rice crackers and orange juice but it must be before I brush my teeth!
